special carp

2 tail carp
1 tbsp lemon juice
150 grams of corn starch for coating
FORTUNE cooking oil for frying

2 cloves garlic
4 grains of red onion
1 teaspoon coriander
2 cm turmeric, burned
1/2 tablespoon of salt

Sauce Ingredients:
1 onion, sliced long
2 cm ginger, crushed
1/2 red bell pepper, cut in squares
1/2 green bell pepper, cut in squares
50 grams of peas
50 grams of button mushrooms, cut in 3 parts
100 grams of tomato sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
3/4 teaspoon of sugar
300 ml chicken stock
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 tbsp water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 stalk spring onion, sliced oblique
FORTUNE 2 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing

How to make:
1. Sliver carp extend not broken. Sprinkle with lemon juice and spices. Let stand 20 minutes.
2. Marinate the fish with corn starch. FORTUNE fried in cooking oil that has been heated over medium heat until cooked and dry. Set aside.

6. Thicken with cornstarch solution. Cook until bubbling. Enter the lemon juice and chives. Stir well. Lift.
7. Serve fish with sauce.
